Udine Golf Club with its splendid 18 holes on the hillside backdrop of century old oaks, beech trees and wild cherry trees, is located just 5 km from San Daniele and one hour by car from Venice. Founded in , the Championship golf course, that is located in Fagagna at the heart of the Friulian Morainic Hills just 18km from Udine, carefully combines the pleasure of playing golf with an unique, relaxing landscape. Over the years the 9 hole course, originally designed by architects John Harris and Marco Croze, was completed by the latter bringing it to its present day 18 holes harmoniously blended into 60 hectares. The competition course is a Par 72 and undoubtedly a difficult one, especially due to the numerous natural obstacles located along the m course. The course has attained the GEO Certification and the driving range has been recently renovated for golf clinics and golf lessons. Udine Golf Club manages to offer truly emotional perspectives and panoramas that are wholly unique.

The Wellness centre has treatment cubicles, floating room, a metre swimming pool and an outdoor swimming pool with solarium, whirlpool bath, Turkish bath, salt room, Finnish sauna, emotional shower, ice cascade and area for relaxing with wall in Himalayan salt. All thanks to the wide glazed surfaces with a view of the beautiful golf course and the Julian Alps. The big open space is split by curtains into separate pavilions with sofas, armchairs and tables in colours which remind the guests of nature in its various seasons.

The Udine Golf Club is located in Fagagna, one of the most beautiful villages of Italy, surrounded by majestic hills covered by oak and beech trees against the backdrop of the Carnic Alps. It enjoys a very central position, lying a dozen kilometres from Udine and San Daniele a town renowned for its ham. Only 10 minutes from the A23 motorway exit Gemona-Osoppo with a direct connection to Austria. Founded in , it obtained the affiliation to the Federation in The English architect John Dering Harris, an already excellent golfer, after having assessed the undulations of the terrain and being assisted by the Venetian Marco Croze a life for golf , prepared a first draft for 9 holes. Croze himself completed the golf course in by harmoniously supplementing it with additional 9 holes within the 73 hectares of the grounds.

The Championship Golf Course is laid out in a magnificent natural surrounding: more than trees including centuries-old oak and beech trees, a well-kept lawn and the storks wandering on the field. The 18 holes, harmoniously integrated in the over 85 hectares of grounds, are very playlable, funny and technically challenging.
